95.7 Move to Sharonville/Cincinnati from Piqua/Dayton?

FYI:
We in the Louisville area have a 95.7 (WQMF) that has a pretty strong signal. From what I can tell WHIO has a strong signal too. What will happen when HIO moves closer to QMF? I can't see how anymore low powered signals could be put on that frequency.
