98.7 ESPN New York Realigns Schedule Following Move Of Bart & Hahn To National Lineup

Note the changes will take place in 2021.

The programming changes will see an increase in national hours in the WEPN-FM lineup, but for the first time the station will partially compete against Entercom’s 660/101.9 WFAN with local shows in morning drive. The current 9-11am show hosted by Rick DiPietro, Chris Canty and Dave Rothenberg will move to 5-8am. ESPN Radio’s national morning show Keyshawn, JWill and Zubin will follow from 8-10am as opposed to its current 6-9am clearance. With Mike Greenberg’s “Greeny” moving nationally from 1-3pm to 10am-12pm, WEPN-FM will clear both hours as opposed to just the first hour.

It's interesting they would do this a week after shutting down Radio Disney. Those who thought they were perhaps getting out of radio completely were wrong.
