They are promoting this?

That means they program 20 mins. of spots per hour?

There are many Classic Rockers in the country that boast that they program 50 mins. of Rock per hour.

e.g: I-95-WRKI/Bridgeport & 99Rock-WPLR/New Haven promote that they play 50 mins. of Rock per hour, & compete against each other.

They only program 10 mins. of spots per hour!
 
I'm pretty sure they mean they play 40 minutes uninterrupted before the first break.

"40 minute rock blocks every hour"
