A Part 15 Station In Reynolds, IL Is Airing Clear Channel's Oldies Format

The station apparently used to be known as "Good Time Oldies 1610" but are now known as "Cool Oldies 1610"; their website is still http://goodtimeoldies.webs.com.

When you click on "last songs played," there is a link to a Clear Channel URL. There are also several references to "iHeartRadio" on the website, which is a Clear Channel thing.

Odd to see CC involved with a Part 15 station.

Iheartradio.com has two oldies channels - Real Oldies which plays music from the 1950s and '60s and Cool Oldies with a '60s-'70s playlist...

Just because its linked to a CC site does not mean CC knows about it ... Could be someone is 'streaming' the oldies format on their PC And putting it up on their 'part 15 transmitter'

That sounds like a plan,, I thought about rebroadcasting iheartradio's Rhythm Mix RHYTHMIC AC format on SHoutcast,, but I thought twice,,,, CC has lawyers you dont want to mess with.. Besides that,, isnt it kind of lame and lazy to rebroadcast another station, if people want to listen they can just tune into the proper stream RIGHT?
