A Sad Morning as Live 105.5 Loses 1/2 of its Morning Crew

I want to express my condolences
to the Vox Berkshire Group &
the family & friends of "SHARON STEELE"
who passed away Thursday evening.

She died following complications during
child birth. The baby is on life support
in a Massachusetts hospital.

Particular thoughts & wishes I extend to her
On-Air partner, BIG Mike Patrick, with whom I
have feuded with on this very board.

This morning's program was a fitting
tribute to one of the greats in the
business who will be missed by many.

Thanks Chuck. Despite our "feuds", your thoughts about Sharon are sincere. For anyone wanting more information about Sharon, our web site (wbec.biz) has it. As I said this morning, after 31 years in the business, this was the hardest show I have EVER had to do.
And somewhere, Sharon is giggling at all this attention.....and loving it!

I met Sharon a couple of years ago when she tried out for the Morning co-host gig here at WMAS. What a great person! Just spending a little time with her I understand why she was loved by all in the business!

I want to send my condolences to the family of Sharon Steele.

I never met her though, but her passing would make a person very sad in deed.

Any updates on the new morning crew?
