I already have this week's and last week's show up. Downloaded them now, and then take your laptop and go to the nearest hospital available because you might get beat up next week.

I WILL BE HITTING YOU HARD WITH MORE HOTT EXCLUSIVES & REMIXES
and you will not believe some of what I'm about to hit you with in next week's show!
I can't even believe some of the new "R&B" hits I just found for just January 2009 alone!!

This is only the beginning... MUCH more is to come!
PREPARE YOURSELF NOW.

well, I guess to start this theory off, it came true in New Jersey, as the state has 12 Top 40 stations to listen to, now including the recently "Hit 106" in the Jersey Shore.

These (so called) R&B songs:

Jason Cerda - Lie
Corey Williams - feel good
Rock City - You are
Bobby DeYoe - Paparazzi
Riz - Slow it down
Ciara - Turn tables
Tiffany Fred - Transformer
Flo Rida - In The Ayer version 2
Jason Derulo - After Midnight
John DeGrazio - Disco Dress
Harmony - I'm in control
Gabriel Antonio ft Stevie B - I wanna be the one
Jessica Mauboy - Burn
Brook Holiday - Curious
Riz - Professional
Nina Sky - On some bullshit
Mario - Skippin
Jacob Latimore - Wanna be
Sway ft Akon - Silver and gold
John deGrazio - New York City
Qwes - Do it to me

I REALLY REALLY CAN'T WAIT FOR THESE TO HIT, and I SERIOUSLY hope that MOST, not just SOME of them hit this summer, or even spring. All that, along with stuff from Alex Young, Riz, Quote and more, I can't wait for, and the new one produced by Timbaland sampling Darude's "sandstorm".

By the way, this is mostly what I'm currently listening to on my hottjamz, rhythmic playlist, of my Ipod. Riz told me his album is dropping this summer. For now that's the one I'm looking forward to most.

Jessica Mauboy is SERIOUSLY being underrated right now in the U.S. She's better than Britney in some ways. As far as the new Ice Cube feat Michael Jackson, Gwen Stefani, and 2010 Outkast album, I don't know much about that yet, but they should be decent as well. I wasn't too fond of the new Michael Jackson stuff. The one with Ice Cube one was alright.

Do you have a full 24/7 webstation I can check out, or just uploaded mixshows? Id like to give it a listen really.... Im always looking for the next hit,,, but small markets cant really break the hits ya know, it has to get some response from other CHR pop/Rhythmic,,, or even Rock or Dance stations before I will take a chance on it.... Most of your artists you mentioned besides just a few are not established artists.. but perhaps they really should be... I was pretty happy with all the dance friendly POP, and even a few Pure dance that we had big success with last summer..... I do get a bit aggravated when people claim that FLZ was the first CHR to play Septembers-Cry for you,, when my station, though a non rated market was on it like 6 to 8 months before they played it,, and it was 2008s biggest hit for us... Power 96,, though they are rhythmic, but still mainstream broke David Guettas-Love is Gone,, then WBLI started playing it,,, I was the 3rd on it, and then Y-100 in Miami and Z-100 about the same time,,, and I dont know many other CHR stations that played it. We played IDA Core-Let me think about it as well, but there was too many hits in the playlist getting good response it got squeezed out,,, plus I think a better Video for IDA Core without the Disco Afro would have helped the song... A bad video can ruin a good song.

And... BAM! Here it is again! ANOTHER Dance Music News Update!

The Following - taken from Hollywood Hamilton's MySpace:
"There are two formats on the air right now, a pop mainstream and a rhythm hip-hop version. These shows broadcast in weekend syndication only on either Saturday or Sunday at different times depending on what city you are listening to us. A third format is currently in preproduction and will based on Americas top 40 but will be the dance remix and mash-up versions of those top 40 songs."

AND.... (i repeat,) AND!!

Taken from Dias Dance MySpace Blog:
"DATELINE: LAS VEGAS... DAIS BREAKING NEWS
Current mood: validated
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities

Dais Magazine has just discovered that house music legend Mickey "Mixin" Oliver has signed a deal with ABC television network in Las Vegas, NV to premier his variety and music television series appropriately named "INTENSI-T TV" in April 2009.
For all intents and purposes what this means is that dance music will now have representation on network television in America.
Stay tuned for further developments...

I'm way behind on this weeks show, and one of the songs I was planning to put on this weeks (now last weeks) show JUST hit mainstream radio playlist today for the first time.... but it's still new so I'll still feature it on this week's "freeflow rhythm show #5".

There are some songs I purposely excluded from the list because I had my doubts they would make it to radio, but I cannot believe some of what I'm hearing on certain stations tonight!!! This year just might turn out to be better than I thought! For a while there, I was beginning to think I was a little off because here I have this list of songs that are supposed to be hitting at some point (some of it which I posted earlier) and then there are all these other things I didn't catch popping up instead, but if we're going to get both what I'm expecting AND some surprises, then that's even better!

With each little thing that happens in the music world here in the US, the possibilities for dance music open wider, and the day there is no longer anything to be excited about will be the day we need to worry... Hopefully we don't reach another peak and die all over again! I hope we can at least stay consistent in dance, just like rock 'n' roll, many of the disco hits, and other past genres have been able to maintain some consistency on the radio after passing their peak.
