CW had a series about a Mexican-American family in 2002-03 called "Greetings From Tucson." One season and done. Any others you can think of?
I would agree, but do believe 'Chico and the Man' would've been had Freddie Prinze not taken his own life in 1976.
"Cristela" was on ABC. Cristela was an overweight law student who worked for a law firm where she was treated as a stereotype by her boss, even though she did her job quite well. She still lived with her gorgeous sister, their mother and her sister's husband (who wanted Cristela out) and their kids. One of the standout actors appeared recently on "To Tell the Truth" as a judge. He was very overweight but very funny.CW had a series about a Mexican-American family in 2002-03 called "Greetings From Tucson." One season and done. Any others you can think of?
