Actress Shell Kepler at 49...nurse Amy Vining on "General Hospital"(1979-2002)

Actress Shell Kepler, who for years played the gossipy nurse Amy Vining on the TV soap opera "General Hospital," died Feb. 1 in Portland, Ore. She was 49.

In addition to her run on "General Hospital," she was also in...a couple of episodes of the situation comedy "Three's Company."
On the side, she was a businesswoman, marketing clothing on the former Home Shopping Club.

I don't know why the article was worded like that; HSN is still around, they just don't call it a 'club' anymore.

Was a shock to hear this, SK always looked healthy or at least seemed to be health-aware. All the best to her loved ones....
