Add DZUR/Manila, Philippines to the Dance radio streaming list

Thanks Robert, I was wondering when the Phillippines would finally get a Dance station. It may just be a pirate, but its better than nothing....(RIGHT)????
 
Clubber, it's a real station broadcasing in the Manilla area. It's only 500 watts strong, but its a start.
 
Its not a bad station at all. Im kinda surprised. ;)
 
Listening to an awesome Trance mix on this station right now. 8) This station seems to lean on Trance, and by the way, the DJs speak English on this station. Now if they could just start serving some normal food in the Phillipines it may not be a bad place to visit. I wonder what the clubs are like over there.
 
WOW, now the station is playing a Killer House set. It seems like an anything goes dance station, and seems to be mixshow heavy. I really like this station, I was iffy about it at first, but after listening online for 4 hrs, this station is pretty much just as good as some of the European stations.

I guess I shouldnt be that surprised over a Dance station in the Phillipines, after all they already have a number of mainstream chrs, some of which are very unique to the area.

By the way, I read up on this station, and it once was a pirate station with only 100 watts, but they left the air do to interference complaints and finally got a legit license for a LP fm. They also plan on expanding the coverage to include other citie's as well as other rural villages in the Islands. This station is definately a keeper.
 
Im still listening to this station at almost 11, been listening since 3, I cant turn it off, they've been in the mix all day and I have heard everything from Trance, to House, to Progressive, even a little Drum n Bass and UK Garage. A station like this would never be comercially viable in the U.S, but I think it could work for an HD-2, or xm or Sirius. What do you guys think?
