This was the last English-language AM station between Bartow and Port Charlotte on U.S. 17 and the local outlet for Rush Limbaugh. Listeners in Wauchula and Arcadia will struggle to get their Rush fix (so to speak) out of staticky fringe signals from Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, and Sebring. One of the two remaining strong daytime AM signals in Arcadia from out of market will also be Spanish: WPTK 1200 in Fort Myers after the CP.
 
Hmmmm "La Raza" The Race..... wonder if it's affiliated with that latino hate group out west with the same name that wants to take back Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California????
