Aircheck of the week/classic: KWSS San Jose 5-15-85

Guys,

I'll be posting an occasional aircheck from my classic collection from time to time. I recorded this aircheck on May 15, 1985 while in Santa Clara, CA on a vacation. I stayed with a guy that I worked with - while this was recording, I was hanging out at the pool, flirting with a couple of CA girls! Now, why all these 23-25 year olds were home on a Wednesday afternoon, I don't know? But, I enjoyed my time. While you listen to this, think about the pool - and the girls in their bikinis ;-) (I do have pictures!)

Anyway - this aircheck. KWSS 94.5 Gilroy-San Jose, CA, Steve Taylor, just after 4pm. I enjoyed this station, but it seems that this station is badmouthed quite a bit on some websites today. Referred by some as K-WUSS, I think it replaced KFAT. Never heard that station, so perhaps I don't know what I missed?

Also: for those interested in the WKRZ Sat Night at the Oldies airchecks. Here is part 1 and 2 from last weekend.

Enjoy!

John,
I think I speak for all of us when I say...POST THE PICTURES!
(That is if the lovely Mrs. Yanagi doesn't mind)
For those of you who don't know, John has a terrific classic aircheck collection, and is one of the truly good guys to trade with.<P ID="signature">______________

Gee Matt, Thanks. I can say double to you.

As for the pictures. LOL, I'm wondering if it's better to let your imaginations go??
