The Radio Arts Foundation St. Louis (RAF-STL) signed on the air testing their transmitter and audio last week (2 April). Its official opening was on the 8'th at 10 AM (Central). I recorded St. Louis' newest classical station from 9 AM to 5 PM that day. The station leases an HD-2 from KIHT (96.3 MHz), and uses a translator (107.3 MHz). This aircheck was recorded from that translator. Since I am slightly out of their primary coverage area, it is not at full quieting.
