AM / FM for Sale in Las Vegas... New Mexico!

This was listed as well....
Again, sorry for the previous inaccurate post.

It just seems the ability to purchase an FM station is so much more a reality today, then
say 15 years ago.

And this is like what trying to sell a gas station will be like in 2035.

You say you won't post anymore. What? What a crazy response. Why not put in your subject line: Las Vegas AM/FM for sale? or something about the post not Am/Fm.
Lots of people won't even look.

Ok .. This should go in New Mexico: I fired up the search engines and found this full listing for Las Vegas, New Mexico. KFUN is licensed there. (Hint .. real estate brokers often post broadcast properties under their commercial offerings category.)

The FM is 23 meters below average terrain. Wonder if there's any possibility for an upgrade. It is 10KW.

There are many FMs located in valley locations that have negative HAAT numbers. Moving to a higher location would move the transmitter too far from the city, and increasing power to cover a valley is of no benefit.

I renamed the thread. It should not even be in "Nevada" anyway but...

True, unless you can cover an additional market. I see KJFA in that area on what looks to be a high peak, covering both Santa Fe & Las Vegas, NM. Of course, that's only the FCC 60 dbu contour. Who knows what it's like in real life.
