AM Frequency of The Week: 900 (missed a week a couple weeks ago)

What do you guys get on 900?

For me, I get in Bothell:

CKMO Victoria, BC (Campus radio/World music)
KKRT Wenatchee, WA (ESPN)
CKBI Prince Albert, SK (Country)

Northern VA:
It's an adequate signal from WILC 900 from Laurel, MD, about halfway between DC and Baltimore. At night it's CHML with a rough signal.
 
In the day, local KALI 900 takes over. At night, either I get a weak signal of KALI's night signal or a huge mess.
 
heavy splatter from 910 KECR, or if that's nulled, sometimes maybe a weak XEW on 900. Don't think I've ever heard KALI here, but I don't think it's impossible.
 
In the San Francisco Bay Area (Berkeley) I get nothing on 900 as there's too much interference from 910 KNEW, a local station.
 
Far northwest suburbs of Chicago... Mostly CHML before the channel became a mess. CHML still on top from time to time, but rarely. (They've never had a particularly good signal around here...but neither does anyone else on this channel!)
 
Just north of Boston, daytime it's a weak signal from the sports station in Nashua, NH. At night, it's just an absolute mess. CHML is the only one I've been able to get an absolute ID on, usually some Oldies, Spanish, and Gospel stations are in the mix. Way too much noise, and the reason why I mostly stick to DXing the FM band.
 
If anything here in central Ohio it's CHML, but usually it's more a mess or slop from WLS if the skywave signal is strong enough. Never have heard Mexico City this far north.

WFIA Louisville 1KW ND - Weak most days.

Night & transition times:
CHML Hamilton ON CAN - The usual night visitor
Cuba - Sunset skip in Feb 2009
WKDA Lebanon TN 5KW ND - Sunset skip in Jul 2009
WYCV Granite Falls NC - Sunset skip in Feb 2009
WKDW Staunton VA - Sunrise skip in Jan 2009 (In my logbook, I didn't write down that I actually heard an I.D.)
XEW - Once in the last 3 years
 
I was in Auburn, MA last night...45 miles west of Boston. To my surprise, CHML was one of the strongest skywave signals. One of the few to trip the "scan" button on my car radio, and easily penetrating my hotel building.
 
Northern IL (near Crystal Lake)

Daytime: No station.
Critical Hours: WDLS Wisconsin Dells, WI (sometimes)
KFAL Fulton, MO (rarely)
KTIS Minneapolis (once)
Night: CHML Hamilton, ON (not as consistent as in the past; better in the winter)
XEW Mexico, DF (not a bad signal around local sunset/sunrise, but worse overnight; not like it had been years ago)
