Previous Seats include assistant news director in various parts of the country.

She’s been the assistant news director at the station for over four years. Eikel came to KTVU from KIRO in Seattle, Washington and has also worked at KTNV in Las Vegas, WTMJ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and KMIR in Palm Springs, California.

“I’m grateful and honored to lead the most well respected television news organization in the market and I look forward to continuing the station’s unrivaled legacy,” said Eikel.
