NESN had the announcement from Lucchino that Jeb Hoyer and Ben Cherington
(I think I got the names right) have been promoted to co-GMs of the Sox. A quick
spin of dial: Ch 4, 7, and 25 also running with it. 5 had an ad; 38 and 56,
other programming. Meanwhile word came from Governator that there was no reason
to give Tookie Williams clemency...so I switched to the coverage...wonder how many others did, too.
 
Isn't Ben Cherington married to WHDH-7 sports reporter Wendy Nix??

5 stuck to its afternoon sud(general hospital).
necn, so called new england news network, was running
their usual home/real estate show crap. if this isn't a big new
england news story then what it is?!
