Announcers Jumpin Ship ~~> Z-to-Chum in the T.

Seems like the familiar voices we all heard on CIDC FM, Z103.5 in Toronto have jumped ship... Looks like Chris Biggs, John Woodlock, Pita (a while ago) have left for earn a better ranking in the CHUM feild. Im Not 100% sure about Biggs goin to chum but is someone knows let me know..... Hope all goes well for them...

if anyone knows who else.. poster up!

Cheers

Z103 Toronto is pretty much toast.
They refuse to pay people what they're worth.
Some staff may be getting a fair deal, but for the most part this station is nothing more than a stepping stone for those who feel they honestly can't find work elsewhere.

Get in, get a good aircheck established, get out!

Let's not forget others that have left...remember Melanie? She's doing mornings over at Urban hit radio Flow 93.5.

Then we have good people like Lidia S. who used to be the overnight person at Z. Currently, she's alot happier at Toronto's Mix FM.

Do the math!
If I'm wrong in what I'm saying, and with all those who chose to leave, don't you think at least one former Z staff would return if they felt Z had a better full time offer than their current part time offer at another radio company?

I totally forgot about Melanie!

By the way, Chris Biggs is doing a Canadian nationally syndicated feature called "The Sound Lounge" for Chum.

I think Z will be in a lot of trouble if more key players in their line up decide to leave!

Who are the "Key players"?
The first name that comes to mind is Tony Monico.
He's a classic keeper. I like him with the current format, but
if the station ever chose to flip to "Classic Z" or "All way back play back..." he'd really be the man!
(If it's all about keeping those who "lived those times".)
