Another Hip Hop/R&B station makes way to Top 40 Rhythmic

I think most of the big london pirates are in with some government or mob organization as well,, thats why they never get shut down... I think Pirate radio should be legal for all as long as you arent interfering, but its not fair that the small one man run pirates are always the ones to get caught.

Miami, FL has a ton of pirates too. My fav is Hot 97.7. Seems like the only way for local artist to shine down there.
