Another new TIS, first new log of the year - 1/1/15

A flea-power TIS station begins another round of new logs for 2015!

1650 - WPZQ660 Astoria, OR; heard with NOAA weather and ID "This is NOAA Weather Radio KEC91 Astoria" at 2240 PT 1/1/15. Weak in jumble. NEW #677, tent. 10W, 157 miles. Another NOAA relay operated by ODOT, this one seems to get out well.
Second NOAA station also noted under them as well. This was likely the ODOT TIS in Newport, OR. But no ID.
