Another Rhythmic-Dance Addition: KJQY/Colorado City-Pueblo, Colorado

Incredible. Let's see this type of sound spread like wildfire throughout the country! While the format of Hot 107/Denver is "EDM" rather than Dance Hits or CHR/Dance, by the description Power 103.3 seems like it could be the type of Z103.5 dance/rhythmic/pop contemporary hits hybrid that many on this board have been wanting to come to the states for decades now! - with Pure Dance at night. Cool.

Looks like it could be another rimshot though. Pueblo sits on the outer edge of the primary contour,

I feel that a CHR/Dance sound can be the third 'leg' of CHR - with Mainstream and Rhythmic being the other two. Just like in rock how you have the four formats of Classic/Mainstream/Active/Modern Rock.

OK this is kinda odd, But for them to be dance I am hearing Amy Grants- Baby Baby from 1991 and I also heard The Time- Jungle love from 84. What kind of dance/rhythmic are they suppose to be??? Kinda curious... CC1

Looks like the wildfire is spreading in Colorado. Such an odd name for a state, now that I think of it.

It's great to have another addition to the dance family. My favorite is still KDHT from Denver. KMVA is a close second with their Hits and Dance approach. I forgot that I was tuning in one time and though I was listening to KDHT until i heard more of the pop dance. KMVA also has more dj interactions with the audience. WNRG is another station I can tune in to for hours. It has that Florida vibe with the breakbeat, trance and occasional freestyle.

Hot 107.1 in Denver is a good Dance Station,, Probably the best Legal Terrestrial Dance station in the U.S,,,, But I wouldnt call it EDM.
