Antenna Reception of Providence and Manchester area stations in Boston area

Hello everyone:

How good (or bad) is the reception of Providence area channels (6, 10, 12, 28, 36, 64, 69) and Manchester area (9, 11, 21, 50, 60) using an antenna in the greater Boston and Worcester area? FCC Reception maps show these channels as receiveable in the area to varying degrees.

In my location about 3 miles from the Needham towers, Antennas Direct 91XG UHF and Winegard YA1713, about 30 feet above ground - I receive these:

Providence channels:
6, 10, 12, 28, and 64 perfectly all the time.
69 occasionally
36 never.

Manchester:
9, 21, 50, 60 never
11 very rarely

The 91XG and YA1713 are great antennas but reception will vary if you live in the woods or behind a hill or something. Tvfool.com can provide a pretty accurate answer to this question. When I lived in Merrimack NH I received some of the Boston stations with a radio shack antenna in the attic. Ironically, when WHDH was on Digital 7, I received them perfectly, once they moved to RF42 I never saw them again....

My reception generally agrees with the TV Fool report, except that TV Fool shows Ch 36 as much stronger than it actually is.
