Any aftermarket head units (2 din pioneer preferably) that have a good tuner in them?

My AVH-P2400BT is from 2011, took years of abuse by playing near max volume for hours on end and the CD player finally died last summer and now the Tuner is having a hard time locking in stations. It was never a great tuner to begin with but now its just useless. One of My strongest stations where i live is 105.5 WMGH, and its all i really listen to besides some of the Philadelphia stations and it can barely even tune that in in some places. Stereo signal is in and out and most of the time it fades to barely audible noise. I say 2 din pioneer preferrable because they all use the same wiring harness. This is the 3rd vehicle i have had this Pioneer in. Spent 800 bucks for the dash kit for my vehicle so i woulndt have to deal with the shitty sound quality and embarassingly low power radio that Ford gave me. At least the factory radio had a really good tuner LOL

thanks!
