Anyone hear what is going on with Coastal Broadcastings' Bankruptcy hearing?

A sort time ago, I heard that the latest "revolving door" regime at Coastal Braodcasting, had to fight to keep the original owners from taking the station back. Then, alledged creditor collusion came to surface and nothing more. ???
