Anyone in the Norfolk/Newport News area remember Charles Green?

I'm President of the NJ Radio Museum, and a one-time co-worker of the highly talented Mr. Green. Our museum is attempting to form a library/repository of interviews with great radio talents that worked in New Jersey. Charles is one of them. When he left NJ, my best recollection was that he was going to work at WOWI.

Would anyone out there be able to help me with info on him? Thanks!
