Is the Dr. still around Fayetteville?
I heard he had passed away a few years back, but my sources are notoriously flippant about accuracy.

As far as I know he is still alive. I was talking to a friend of mine from Fayetteville last week who was in the business and he didn't say anything about that. He used to work with him at 'FLB in the late 70's, early 80's and then again at WKML when Larry was in sales there before he went out on his own. Larry didn't take care of himself in those days so maybe the Grime Reaper did catch up with him. It has been years since I talked to him. I will need to check into that.

My friend who worked with Larry just called and said he can't find anything about Larry dying. He said he is going to get up with his partner in the advertising business to see if he knows anything.
 
WDUR 1490 gone silent--- any updates?

Anything new on WDUR/WTSB? I don't know what's playing on the WTSB half, but I've noticed that the WDUR half has been silent for the last few days now...
 
1090's been silent for a few weeks.
1490 was on sometimes, but I haven't heard them in a few days either, berlin201.

Come on, rf_chaser, whatchu find out? I know it was a holiday and all that but I'm wond'rin man. ;)
