COLUMBIA, MD -- October 2, 2007: In Arbitron's weekly Portable People Meter report for September 6-12, both PPM markets -- Philadelphia and Houston -- show week-over-week gains in the in-tab samples, though Houston is still short of the goal.

Is there anyone holding these thieves to the fire? Where's the details on the promised rebate?
How about doing what they promised when they were accredited? Should we all start a class action suit since the suits don't appear to mind?
