ARE THERE ANY TRIPPLE (ABC/CBS/NBC) OR DUO AFFILIATIONS LEFT IN 2012?

WUVN-TV (UNI) channel 18 of Hartford has Telefutura on one of its subchannels, if that's what you mean? I believe it's on 18-3, while LATV is on 18-2.

Are there any Spanish-language stations with multiple affiliations on a single subchannel?

We have one in Phoenix, but it airs Mexican programming, not the major US networks.

KPHE-LD 44.1 shares time between Telemax and Multimedios TV. Telemax, based in Hermosillo, Sonora, is owned by the state government. Its flagship station, XEWH channel 6, once a Televisa repeater, originates all Telemax programming, and its signal is repeated throughout the state of Sonora. I believe that KPHE is the only U.S. repeater of the station, although there used to be a Tucson repeater about 10 years ago.

Multimedios TV is based out of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and originates from its flagship, XHAW channel 12. Multimedios is available in several U.S. cities.

KRON in San Francisco, the former full time NBC affilliate until Young Broadcasting made a mess of that, shows NBC shows when the regular NBC KNTV is showing local sporting events etc. That is the only one that I am aware of that is in existance. I do know of one city where 5 of the networks are shown on two stations but they are using subchannels. Bowling Green Ky, WBKO ABC, FOX, and The CW if one wants to call The CW a network. WNKY is NBC and CBS.

Purely on the amount of programming, you probably should call The CW a network. They program more hours per weekday than Fox (3 hours on The CW to 2 hours on Fox.

On weekends, The CW programs 5 hours of kids programming on Saturday morning, just shy of Fox weekends Fox (2 hours prime time on Saturday, 1 1/2 hours late night on Saturday, 3 hours in prime time on Sunday.)
