Are those Tanya Roberts spots putting L.A. stations in legal jeapordy?

It's just a time-share pitch. They charge you a refundable fee and give it back if you go listen to their 90 minute presentation. It's pretty common. Now if the old bag is pushing a deal that does not refund your fee, then that'd be a problem.

But the problem is there is no disclosure in those radio spots. I mean, if it walks like a duck and smells like a duck, it’s a duck. Sooner or later, there will be legal problems for all of these stations airing these spots.
 
They've been running these spots here in the dallas market as well,both as local and on syndicated programming (Coast To Coast AM). If they dont disclose that its a timeshare product, I think they're going to catch some heat with state AG's offices across the country.
