Are XM customer service hacks incompetent and arrogant or is it my imagination?

The only reason I stay with XM is for underground Garage. Are 99% of the customer service hacks incompetent arrogant pinheads or is it my imagination? Short story:
one car new with 6 month trial period bought in Sept of 08, liked it so signed up for a year, ran out February of this year.
Changed checking accounts in February, put my car and girlfriends car on life time with payment plan with new checking account. Also another car for a year. Girlfriends and other car fine. My car has been off several times in past two months since signing up for lifetime because the idiot never changed my payment source. This has escalated after being shut off several times with many phone calls to now needing an investigation number and a three month subscription for my main car to get it back on. Turns out nothing has ever been subtracted from my account for my car, my girlfriends car is fine as is my other car and the proper payments have been taken out for those two cars, am I crazy or is this real? I have had to talk to supervisors the past few times to even get to where I am now with the investigation and three month subscription. I combined the rest of the payments for the two lifetime subscriptions into my one account but they don't seem to understand that now and think the total is late fees, this is why I only talk to supervisors now.
 
I had one rep that refused to let me talk to a supervisor. it does no good. they do what they want to. I will use XM until they turn if off, and i am not sure they are smart enough to do that.
 
Oh....They'll turn if off! Wife and I were on a two week driving vacation last year. I had just paid the bill (for 3 months) before we left. I know my Check cleared because I looked at my account just before leaving... Two or three days later, well away from home, XM service was cut. Called their Dis-Service department on my cell phone while driving on I-40 in North Carolina. I talked to a bumbling buffoon who could not speak English who said my payment was never received. I told him my payment cleared just before I left town so I KNOW they got it. No matter. They were not turning it back on. A day before we got home, it was back on... Very frustrating.

Since then, they have added the music license fees and I am really at the point of saying BYE-BYE...
 
The payments are now coming out of my checking account and the XM accounts are in my girlfriend's name. I finally got an email from one of them which included all my previous emails to them apologizing for their customer service saying I was all set, etc. etc. etc. I then included the investigation number and my girlfriends email address in my return email just in case I had actually been contacted by a semi-literate English speaking hack with an IQ of over 60. I then got another email from them saying i should call them. ::)
I said I don't think so. Now my car is supposed to have had the 3 month period I had bought temporarily while I waited for them to sort this out converted back to the lifetime plan I was supposed to be on. I'm wondering if the moron (s) really fixed it or it will be shut off in a couple of months.
