- Jeff Chang has been granted permission by the FCC to transfer KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Yuma to KBFY LLC, a subsidiary of Cocola Broadcasting Companies LLC. The parties have filed for consummation.
- Sovryn Holdings Inc. has requested an extension of time to consummate its purchase of KPHE-LD 44.x (16) from Lotus TV of Phoenix LLC.
- Spanish Independent Broadcast Network has agreed to sell K14RK-D to Good News TV for $1.5 million. Good News TV is in the process of raising money to purchase the station and as of December 31, 2021, has raised about $650,000, or 43% of the purchase price.
- Lowcountry 34 Media LLC has consummated the purchase of the following six Arizona stations from Landover 2 LLC:
