- K12XP-D 22.x Phoenix (HC2 LPTV Holdings Inc.) was granted a modification to its displacement construction permit, changing antennas, moving 6 m (20 ft) higher on the tower and increasing the electrical beam tilt from 1.3° to 2°. - K35OU-D 21.x Tucson (Ventana Television Inc.) requested and was granted a Silence STA. The station has since filed a resume operations notice.
- KSNV 3.x Las Vegas NV (KUPN Licensee LLC) requested and was granted an Experimental STA to conduct an ATSC 3.0 broadcast on RF channel 33 during the Consumer Electronics Show, which ran January 5-8. - KKRP-LD 13.x (21) St. George UT (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC) requested and has been granted a Silence STA, as its frequency is being taken over by KMYU.
- K26PR-D Needles CA (Good News Broadcasting Network Inc.) requested and was granted a construction permit to change its transmitting antenna, which will no longer require beam tilt. Construction Permits, Tolling, and STAs Requested
- KASW 61.x (27) Phoenix (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC) has requested an extension of its Legal STA to continue to broadcast its non-primary programming on ATSC 1.0 stations with no ATSC 3.0 simulcast so that it may continue to use its bandwidth to host NextGen services for other Phoenix-market stations.
- KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Fortuna (KBFY LLC) has requested tolling of the deadline for construction of its permanent facilities until April 30, citing significant delays from the transmitter manufacturer. My Central Valley LLC, parent of KBFY LLC, has requesting tolling of its deadline until April 30.
- KWSJ-LD 9.x Snowflake (KM Communications Inc.) has requested tolling of its construction permit deadline until March 15, citing inability of manufacturers to deliver equipment due to supply chain issues.
- KWKM-LD 13.x Show Low (KM Communications Inc.) has requested tolling of its construction permit deadline until March 15, citing inability of manufacturers to deliver equipment due to supply chain issues.
- K03ID-D Flagstaff (One Ministries Inc.) has been denied its request to move transmitter sites from Mormon Mtn. to Mingus Mtn. due to the distance of the move exceeding the 30-mile limit for a minor change application, and has been denied waiver of the 30-mile limit due to insufficient cause.
- K03ID-D Flagstaff (One Ministries Inc.) has requested tolling of its original construction permit deadline due to delays by the FCC in resolving its request to move its transmitter site from Mormon Mtn. to Mingus Mtn. The FCC has now denied the transmitter site change request and the tolling request is pending.
- K04SE-D Parker (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) has requested tolling of its construction permit until May 10 due to unstated reasons beyond the company's control.
- K06QW-D Sentinel (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) has requested tolling of its construction permit until May 10 due to unstated reasons beyond the company's control.
- K08QN-D Golden Valley (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) has requested tolling of its construction permit until May 10 due to unstated reasons beyond the company's control.
- K34QY-D Golden Valley (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) has requested tolling of its construction permit until May 10 due to unstated reasons beyond the company's control.
- K42IQ-D (K21ON-D) Flagstaff (Edge Spectrum Inc.) has requested a waiver of tolling requirements and an extension of its construction permit deadline of 11/26/2021 to construct a new NextGen station to serve the Flagstaff area with broadcast and data services, citing requirement to change channels due to spectrum repack and inability to get equipment due to supply chain disruptions. The request is under review.
- K42IQ-D (K21ON-D) Flagstaff (Edge Spectrum Inc.) has requested an extension of its Silence STA and a waiver of the rule that revokes the license of a station is silent for more than twelve consecutive months, citing the same reasons behind its tolling waiver request. The Silence STA extension request is pending.
- KGHD-LD 6.x Las Vegas NV (Obidia Porras) has requested an Engineering STA to operate an analog FM audio carrier to occupy part of its broadcast stream. NextGen television broadcast will occupy 5.509 MHz of the 6 MHz signal. Technical specifications: Ch 6; TL 35° 56' 46" N, 115° 2' 37" W (Arden Peak); ERP 3 kW DA EP; HAAT 571 m (1873 ft).
- KMSQ-LD 15.x Mesquite NV (Tiny Tortoise Investments LLC) has requested tolling of its original construction permit deadline until July 10, citing delays in delivery of equipment.

- The FCC has dismissed the application of KO3ID-D Flagstaff (One Ministries Inc.) to change transmitter sites.
- The FCC has canceled the license of K23HB Flagstaff (Prism Broadcasting Network Inc.) and has canceled its digital flash cut construction permit.
