- KGRX-LD 19.x Gila River Indian Community (Gila River Telecommunications Inc.) has requested a modification to its construction permit to specify a different tower approximately 60 m (197 ft) away. Technical specifications: Ch 19; TL 33° 19' 57" N, 112° 3' 57" W (South Mtn); ERP 15 kW H / 15 kW V (1.2° elec beam tilt); HAAT 475 m (1558 ft).

- K03ID-D Flagstaff (One Ministries Inc.) has requested a six-month extension of its construction permit due to delays in building out the station because of capital and travel restrictions due to COVID-19.
- K42IQ-D Flagstaff (Edge Spectrum Inc.) has requested an extension of its construction permit. Edge was planning to build a NextGen Distributed Transmission System (DTS) but the FCC has not yet published its official DTS rules for LPTV/translator stations. Edge now seeks temporary authority to build a single NextGen station with a planned completion date of May 26, 2022.
- Landover 2 LLC has requested a six month extension to the construction permits of the following stations, until January 13, 2022, so that the stations can find suitable in-core channels on which to broadcast.

- KDPH-LD 48.x (13) Phoenix (Word of God Fellowship Inc.) failed to resume broadcasting after being off the air for 12 consecutive months, missing the deadline by two days. The station has petitioned the FCC for a waiver of the deadline and a reinstatement of its license.
- KTNV-TV 13.x Las Vegas NV (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC) has withdrawn its request for a construction permit to increase power, with the intent of evaluating long term coverage objectives of the station. Could a change to a UHF channel be in the works?
Multicasting
- Tegna, owner of KPNX 12.x Mesa, has announced a new multicast network, Twist, to launch in Spring 2021 in 41 of its 51 markets. Twist is to be marketed at women and will feature lifestyle programming. As a top-15 market, Phoenix should be among the rollout markets.
- Scripps, owner of KNXV-TV 15.x Phoenix and KASW 61.x (27) Phoenix, has announced two multicast networks, to debut on July 1. Doozie and Defy are both set to concentrate on airing reality TV, the former to be marketed toward women and the latter toward men.
