Army Football - Unwanted By WFAN?

If you tune into Army Football on WABC, you'll hear WFAN update guy John Minko doing play-by-play, and the WFAN imaging guy on the production pieces. Makes me wonder if these broadcasts are produced in some form by WFAN but selling the games to WABC to air, I guess Army is no Notre Dame or New Jersey Devils.
