Arnell Starr American Music Makers/Planet Rocks Weekend Jams Dies

One of the last (that I know of) local music video shows that aired back in the 1990's on Channel 69 (UPN) The Planet Rocks Weekend Jams mostly played Pop, Rock, and Country, and American (Rap) Music Makers. I had the chance to work with Arnell before he had his stroke in the mid 2000's he took his show off Channel 69 due to the program director pushing his show into the overnight hours, he did move the show over to a cable access channel on Comcast before ending the show and moving to Alabama. God Speed My Friend!

Oh no, I grew up watching that show on Saturday nights in middle and high school. I have a VHS recording of Planet Rock Weekend Jam with Lathun "Freak It" mixed in with KP and Envy "Shawty Sing My Way". Damn I miss the old ATL!
