Article: Another national condemnation of Vermont by Bill O'Reilly

This time, the Fox News commentator is calling a Bennington County judge and prosecutor "villains" for their parts in sentencing a sex offender last week.

Hardly a banner day for the people of Vermont, now was it?

Even the article admits that the rapist got a suspended sentence - while acting as an apologist for the authorities involved. Also interesting was that the Times Argus used the phrase "right-wing" while referring to Bill O'Reilly. A not-so-subtle code word that is used by liberals to cast conservatives in a negative light. Gee, the Times Argus should at least try to LOOK like it is an impartial news source. From the tenor of the article, you could tell that it is not.

Another problem is that O'Reilly does not always take on the conservative viewpoint. So, calling him "right wing" is not totally accurate either. It would have been better if they just played it straight and reserved the opinions for the Commentary page. From the viewpoint of an out of stater, the news article just served to validate O'Reilly's point of view. And, I am not a fan of his.
