Yep, it is another round of contract disputes, this time between AT&T U-Verse and Rainbow Media properties AMC, IFC and WE.

AT&T and Rainbow had been negotiating unsuccessfully for the past six months on a new contract to replace their previous one, which expired on July 1. The two sides agreed to a two-week extension but are now at an impasse.
Basically the story is old how nether side is playing fair, etc.
Perhaps it's just a coincidence this dispute is happening right before the season premier of Mad Men.
