Atlanta News People in the movies

Which Atlanta News people have appeared in major motion pictures? I saw "Sharky's Machine" on AMC last night which was filmed here in Atlanta. Two former anchors (Dave Michaels - 11alive, Forest Sawyer - WAGA) and one current one (Wes Sargenson - then WSB) was in the movie. I believe that a local reporter who was at 11alive at the time name Scott Newell was in the movie also.

What other personallities have been movies and what movies?

Remember Joe Washington former sports anchor for WXIA 11alive and
now with HGTV had roles in "Scream 2" and "Forrest Gump"

Monica Kaufman, Bob Varsha, and Art Eckman appeared in "Invasion U.S.A.", as did an assortment of others (mostly CNN'ers as far as I can tell)

Marc Pickard played Reporter #2 in the Don Knotts/Tim Conway comedy - The Prizefighter (1979).
