We're the USA’s only “40 Years of Dance” Dance-Disco-House format, (1974-2014). Plus a few extra Pop/R&B songs thrown in. We recently went from 64k to 128k.
(Themed days feature random play, start at 12:01 AM Eastern)
Mon. We play everything (400+ songs) plus post 2010 recurrents, many which weren’t heard over the weekend. On ALWAYS AWESOME MONDAYS the recurrents give our 75% retro station a much NEWER sound.
Tue./Thur. We play mostly retro Funk & Soul Disco (D-Train, Change, Skyy, etc.) on our most popular days of the work week, SUPER SOULFUL TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS. So popular we had to give it two days!
Wed. We increase our female group and solo artists by about 50% on WONDER WOMEN WEDNESDAYS. Which could soon be our most popular day of the work week. A few male group and solo tracks are thrown in for variety.
Fri. We start our newest day off by featuring ONLY our Dance tracks with LOVE in the title (currently 4+ hours worth) on EVERYBODY LOVES FRIDAYS which last till noon.
Fri. At noon we kick off the weekend WORLDWIDE DISCO TRIP which lasts untill midnight Sunday. We random play our TOP 200 Dance-Disco-House tracks all weekend long.
***Listenership is up, which is good and bad, because the more that listen the larger the royalty fees. But we’ve always got room for one more (you)!
