Audio carrier from CITO-TV, Ch. 3, Timmins, ON, received on SDR in Carrollton, MO

I received the audio carrier from CITO-TV, Ch. 3, Timmins, ON, on my SDRPlay RSP1A, on the afternoon of 7-1-2021, between 1:00PM-1:30PM, in Carrollton, MO & also saw a picture on one of my TV's as well. I also heard an audio carrier from a analog TV station, on Ch. 2, that was showing the TV show "The Talk", but I wasn't able to identify it. I uploaded a recording of my reception of CITO-TV's audio carrier here.

I suspect that you were seeing CHBX-TV 2 Sault Ste. Marie, ON, one of the few full power analog Channel 2 stations still operating in Canada. "The Talk" does not show on the schedule I looked at, but it may be out of date. CHBX-TV has been reported far and wide the last few years in the very rarified analog TV stations still operating. It often appears with no cochannel interference.

The Talk may be on Global, which is CIII-TV-2 Bancroft ON. The last Global station operating in Canada on analog, I think. The CRTC approved a deal last December to shut down the analog transmitter for CIII-TV-2 and move it to digital, shared with CKWS-DT. But with Ontario's ongoing COVID lockdown and the slow easing of restrictions, I am not sure when that will happen.

Actually it was CIII-TV-2, Bancroft, ON, that I was hearing. I captured & received their audio carrier the following day & uploaded the recording here.
