WOW!! thats like saying a woman wearing a mini skirt probably wouldn't get raped if she weren't wearing a miniskirt....Really?? This whole hoodie argument is stupid....A 17 year old shouldn't wear a hoodie or they get shot. Maybe a mobster shouldn't wear a three peice suit because he looks like a mobster in that three piece suit...Give me a break??? and this kid can't even defend his self because he is gone.
