Veteran 45-year Wichita, KS, veteran air personality Don Hall was killed Wednesday morning in an auto accident. He was 70. Wichita police said the driver of the southbound car ran a red light and hit Hall's car at about 4:20am. Later Wednesday morning, Wichita police said driver Ray Watkins, 43, had been charged with second-degree murder. A statement said alcohol and drugs were believed to have been used by Watkins, who had minor injuries.

The man arrested after the April 29 crash that killed 70-year-old Classic Hits KEYN-FM/Wichita morning co-host Don Hall (pictured) has been charged, reports KWCH. 43-year-old Ray Watkins of Wichita now faces a formal charge of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the crash. The Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office announced the formal charge on Friday, June 12.
