Beasley Media Net Revenue Drops By $34.4 Million In 2025

Will she last beyond 2027? I doubt she will.

The lenders need somebody who knows the company from the inside to run it. That's how Mary Berner and Bob Pittman survived.

I don't know her at all. Unless there's somebody better, she'll probably hang in if she wants to.

I think David Field didn't want to work for someone else, so he left.

Berner had no broadcast media experience to my knowledge when she joined Cumulus as CEO. She was best known for her time at Reader's Digest.

My full prediction is Caroline will step down by 2027, will be retained in an advisory capacity for a year or two thereafter, and possibly will retain a seat on the board (although certainly not as board chair).

I doubt there will be a "Beasley Broadcast Group" beyond 2027, and thus there will not be a CEO of that company.
They will almost certainly go bankrupt before then, and they are small enough that other broadcasters could absorb their clusters in a bankruptcy auction pretty easily.
