Belinda Skelton-WSB AM 750 keeps popping up on my computer on ads!

Gaaawwwwleeee!!!! Sgt. Carter........ The female version of Gomer Pyle keeps popping up on my computer in pop ups advertising things like Home Security, etc...... Is this woman actually a hot endorser of products in Metro Atlanta? Will we be seeing her on T.V. soon? Didn`t she have a short- lived public affairs program on WSB back in the late 1990`s?

It's because of the show she's associated with, not her talent. Sorry but it's true. It's ratings and revenue folks that's why they get the endorsements bottom line. Like it or not.

Clamor? A rather strong word for someone who most likely gets endorsements because she is the phone jammer for a popular talk show. The truth is, if she weren't attached to Boortz, you would never have heard her in prime time on WSB. I'm sure she has some terrific qualities behind the scenes, just not speaking on the radio in a Major Market.

You people sound like anti-Palin snobs. Let's face it: the majority of Neil's WSB audience probably sounds a lot like Belinda. I make fun of her accent too, hell Neil does, but I enjoy the crutch she adds for Neil.

To Boortz's credit he has always claimed that more and more stations across the country wanted his program with the stipulation that she not be heard on air. And again, to his credit, he has always told them NO.

Nope never worked in Macon.. but did work here in atl for a while.. anyway.. neil should stand behind belinda even thugh she has a "nails on the chalkboard voice" she is his employee that is his duty. I tell ya I wish someone would inact a 24/7 news station.. I know it's been tried.. but these days I think it could really work here..ALL NEWS ALL THE TIME .. what a beautiful thing I miss it!

Having worked with her, I believe Belinda is one of the most LIKABLE people in Atlanta radio! She's genuine and the same person on the air and off the air!

Never underestimate a person's LIKABILITY (no, I don't thin THAT'S a word, either! ) as an attraction to sponsors.

No matter what her voice sounds like ... she REEKS of sincerity and does an excellent job as an endorser because she sounds like your friend on the air ... not an announcer!

I'd let her do spots for MY entertainment company, but her price is probably going higher and higher, right Roddy?

Anyone who is any good sounds like your "friend" on the air even when reading copy. I would expect her to "sound" like she cares.. it is voice quality she doesn't have. I've done so many endorsements I can't even count them all.. and I cared about every single one and you could tell it in my voice.. but it's that "ding dang" think she has going on and that ditzy act she plays on the air.. makes me wanna....channel change.
