The last sock hop they had in Springfield with Bob Williams was outstanding! There were so many people they had to turn many away.

Saturday, August 13th from 7 to 11 PM WMTR's Golden Gupp will be hosting a summertime sock hop at the Wayne Manor, Route 23 in Wayne.

Tickets go on sale at the station this Monday. They are saying $10. a head.

This station is on a roll!

You seem very impressed with WMTR. This is what a radio station should be doing. Going to live events and keeping in touch with the public.<P ID="signature">______________

Is this the same Bob Williams who does traffic for Jim Gearhart on NJ101.5 ?

Yes it is; Bob is amazing.

He also does Saturday mornings at 101.5 and plenty of fill-in work at Sojo.
