Have you listened to the programming? It's mostly a headline news format, at least that's the case with 1130 WDFN here in Detroit. The formatics here share some similarities with WWJ. (1130's audio levels are on the low side, I will add.)
Some listeners could conceivably do the things you've mentioned, but it won't be because of anything they've heard on BIN.
