Bloodbath at WYAY-FM Fake Oldies 106.7

I have always wondered why TOC was never on HD 2 for 106.7 or 101.5. Cumulus does a "lot" with their properties. "HD 2" on translators etc. Maybe they will do something.
Would they have had to pay Shannon the same regardless of where they aired it?

Shannon is (was who knows who from Citadel will be left with Cumulus) some kind of VP ( I forget the exact title) / part of WPLJ's NYC morning show / "invented "True Oldies oldies" in his home's basement Citadel now Cumulus employee. Use to be holding down different jobs would "save your job". It didn't work with Rude at 96 Rock / 105.7. Shannon most likely has an old ABC contract that was honored during the Citadel Bankruptcy which would still be in force. Some one who has a lot of time to read the Federal Bankruptcy Court documents (there are thousands of pages) or has a reliable search tool for court documents could tell us. I will guess Atlanta's 106.7's status will not make or break his job. He did at one time have some input into Atlanta's on air staff. IIRC he got Fred fired.
