Booker and morning team out at Q 102... Power 99 to flip soon

Booker was released from Q 102 today. My contacts tell me Power 99 is about to become history and Q 102 will tweak to fill the void left by Power 99's pending flip. Power 99 is the only C.C. cluster station website that has not change to the new template. Look for some of Power 99's staff to move over to Q 102. My contact has no clue as to what Power 99 will become but it might be involved in a possible station swap/sale.
 
who cares...booker was so not right for philly, Power 99 will never flip they are doing really well, and with all the changes going on at 100.3 the beat why the hell would 99 flip, and thats a big hole for q-102 to try and fill, Which they wont...because they would loose most of their top-40 audience...PUT DOWN THE CRACK PIPE!!!
 
Booker gone from Q102 is confirmed on AllAccess.

Power flipping? Anything is possible, but they've jumped nicely in the past two months in the PPMs.
 
This is too surreal. First, Kidd Chris on WYSP, and now Booker.

Is Preston & Steve paying these guys under the table or something?
 
**** morning shows. MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC. and for power 99, going off the air would be great. then again i dont care b/c i dont listen to that garbage. 99 will never beat the q... EVER

sorry guys, but im so pissed that YSP may be getting a new show. what a mistake. but then again, its about the people not just me.
 
Say it ain't so! I was listening on my way in this morning, and everything sounded normal. No one was talking about this. He must have been told after the show was over. Morning won't be the same!

What DJ, in their right mind, especially in this day and age, is going to talk about Booker being "let go" without fear of the repercussions?
 
"Power 102"?????.....Clear Channel must be really crazy to move WUSL's format to WIOQ.

BTW Clear Channel have been replacing morning hosts at several stations for more music, like KKRZ/Portland (Oregon), who dropped "The T-Man Show" for all music mornings.

This is not correct. The music is temporary.
