The former Nickelodeon studios in Florida later became the Blue Man Group Studios according to this video and also around the time.

Also in this video it mentioned the shows that was filmed in the Blue Man Group studios in Florida back in the 1990's. Note the narrator mentioned that Viacom left Universal Studios in 2005. This has to the in the time frame when The Redstones was in talks to split CBS from Viacom though. And Nickelodeon was out of Universal Studios Florida and moved their former operations to where ever Viacom was going to put their operations at the time of the talks.

They moved to LA. Nick was temporarily located on the Paramount lot (owned by Viacom) for a year, and then moved to their own studio: Nickelodeon on Sunset. They stayed there until 2017.
