Burnout among public radio employees leads to many unfilled vacancies

Reporting is a pretty awful job these days, almost regardless of employer. The pay is one reason, another is frustration with ubiquitous "media relations" types who say lots of words with little meaning.

I am, however, amused at the several comments they included about management not listening to the junior staffers. Always great to see bright eyed idealists in the world.
