Yup.

It was typical to blame the music for the inner city problems. Of course, most of the problems had already been there for 100 years, mabye longer like poverty, drugs, unemployment, etc etc. If anything, Rap gave employment to a bunch of people who otherwise would have never had a job because the system failed.

She was upset by the lyrics which were demeaning to women. Was she wrong for her belief concerning disrespect? I wouldn't have wanted to be refered to in the manner in which she spoke about.
